INTRODUCTION

A Bachelor of Vocational in Food Processing is available from Asian Educational Institute, Patiala(PB). As a flagship course of the Skill India Initiative, B.Voc Food Processing was acknowledged by the University Grants Commission in 2004-25  under the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). The food industry is a bright field with lots of work opportunities both domestically and internationally. Asian Education Institute is situated in Punjab, which is home to several agro-based enterprises. The three yearB.Voc. Food Processing undergraduate curriculum seeks to develop employable workers by providing hands-on, industry-relevant skills in food processing and management.
